Dr. Jessica Dowe, MD, PhD, MBA

Dr. Jessica Dowe is the Chief Medical Officer of EnVue Health. Dr. Dowe holds an M.D. from the University of Louisville, School of Medicine since 1996 and Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Howard University since 1983. Dr. Dowe received internship and residency trainings through Jewish Hospital Family Medicine Program in Louisville, Kentucky in 1999. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2013 with a MBA in Healthcare Administration. She held two board certifications:

Dr. Dowe has worked for three (3) Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies for 10 years bringing newly formulated drugs to the marketplace and traveling extensively prior to going to medical school. From a philanthropic heart, Dr. Dowe volunteered to serve on the Louisville Passport Health Plans Subcommittee Board for Grant Funding to all areas of Kentucky. She made decisions to award funds to start-up companies and clinical trials from 2010-2020. Dr. Dowe also served on Humana Health Plans Subcommittee Board to assist in quality assurance and Hedis data tracking in quality improvements for 10 years.
